Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data Twotone Media (“Twotone”, “we”, “us”) collects through twotonemedia.in and when you contact us, how we use it and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.
What we collect
Information you send us. When you email us, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and details about your project.
Technical data. This website does not use contact forms, advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Like any website, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and set up calls.
- To prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for.
- To send you information about your project or our services, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep the website secure.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by contacting us, and for legitimate uses permitted by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our business, such as email, cloud storage and website hosting providers, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterwards only as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Third-party sites
Our site links to Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. When you visit them, their own privacy policies apply.
Children
Our services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
